The Deployment Team have hands-on control of solution delivery to ensure your project rollout is as fast and efficient as possible.
Creating a comprehensive plan is a challenging but vital part of any project, and we work collaboratively with our customers to ensure that project plans meet the demands of all stakeholders. It’s vital to complete this stage before deployment begins.
Our team use established project management methods to ensure timely delivery, mitigate risks and maintain quality throughout the process.
During deployment, our project team works closely with customers and third parties to maintain the project within the agreed timelines and budget constraints. Throughout the deployment phase and the transition to live operations, our experienced professional services teams are on hand to deliver.

Where we can help
Project Management
Our project managers ensure your project is delivered efficiently against agreed timescales and statements of work. Project managers perform the following essential duties:
- Managing overall project timelines
- Prioritising new feature delivery
- Monitoring project milestones, ensuring that delivery and invoicing
are kept to schedule
- Managing change requests and risk registers
- Creating project documentation
- Acceptance testing and customer signoffs
- Scheduling training
- Administering project handovers to the customer and support teams
Configuration and Commissioning
The project deployment team will install software on the customer’s own infrastructure or onto physical hardware. Working with the customer project team either remotely or on site, they will configure software, manage the integration into external systems and commission the solution. To incorporate new software features, the team will install software updates when they become available. The team is also responsible for identifying and resolving any solution issues that arise during the commissioning process.
Test and Acceptance
Once the commissioning is complete, the deployment team assist throughout the acceptance period to confirm the solution is functionally complete and ready for operations. During this phase, any issues impacting the solution are identified, recorded and prioritized before being handed over for resolution. Where software issues require work from our own development teams, these are retested once updates are available. Having satisfied the acceptance tests, the Project Manager initiates any formal sign-off processes.
Hypercare
Once our training program is complete, customer personnel should be confident in operating the new platform and ready for a period of parallel running or for the system to be put into full production. However, it’s often helpful to have on-site assistance from our teams during the first few days of live operations, to provide timely assistance and build user confidence. During this phase our personnel are available on-site to immediately address operational queries and to support the customer’s own engineering teams until a comfortable level of familiarity is reached.
